Perhaps most important to Community Investment professionals is the tracking of Return On Objectives, the quantitative metric of the qualitative data that brands use to measure their performance of activities. The Community Investment industry, both on the brand and NGO side, should continue to focus on improving ROO performance. Community Events may be scoring the highest this year as they provide perhaps the easiest objectives and criteria to define. They are often local to the supporting brand and may involve employee engagement opportunities.
