Rob Mitchell, the former Head of Sponsorship at the Leo Burnett Group, has been appointed Vice President, Sales & Partnerships, EMEA at Sponsorium, the leading sponsorship and community investment management software provider.

Mitchell’s appointment follows the news that Mark Cornish has moved to the new position of Vice President, Alliances & Educational Services at Sponsorium.

The two appointments signify the continued investment by Sponsorium as the business grows.  Sponsorium are a team of sponsorship and CSR specialists who offer a unique software solution, helping brands to manage their sponsorship opportunities, curate all the different measurement criteria and improve reporting and decision-making through their PerforMindsoftware, the leading Cloud solution for sponsorships, events and community investments.

Rob Mitchell joins Sponsorium after a period of consultancy, and he retains his roles as a Board Director of the European Sponsorship Association and Brand Activation council member of the Direct Marketing Association.  Rob has held Head of Sponsorship roles at the Leo Burnett Group, and AB InBev, and has worked with brands such as McDonald’s, Nestlé, Heineken, Stella Artois,, Fiat, Scottish Widows and Baltika Breweries in Russia working on sport, film, music and community projects.
