As a result of our continued expansion, we are adding a Marketing Communications Specialist to support our sales and product teams.

Position Summary

Sponsorium is seeking an enthusiastic individual with a keen interest in the sponsorship / community investment industry to support its Go-to-Market strategy and contribute directly to its continued global expansion.

Reports to

Vice President, Business Development and Marketing

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Develop and execute content marketing strategies and campaigns
• Create and manage tool kits (decks/presentations, case studies, videos, etc.)
• Manage all digital platforms (company website, social pages, product demo domains)
• Coordinate relationships with external collaborators (mktg. freelancers, copywriters, vendors)
• Follow and share industry news and trends including competitors’ activities in various markets
• Coordinate company special events (annual Users Forums)
• Generate and maintain reports and analysis (website and social pages activity tracking)

We are looking for

• A person with excellent writing and spoken English and French skills
• A person who has ease with digital marketing tools and social media platforms including SEO
• We particularly appreciate dynamic, creative, proactive and energetic people who strive for excellence
• A self-motivated team player
• A marketing and/or communications university graduate with a minimum of two years of direct experience in marketing communications and/or digital marketing for a brand or marketing/communications agency

Additional information

• This is a full-time position working remotely with periodic in-person meetings in Montréal and occasional international travel 
• Projected start date: January 2023
